Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Karina Tours, we truly value your trust and are committed to providing the best travel experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity, please take a moment to review our return and refund policy:

  • No Monetary Refunds
    We do not provide cash refunds once a booking is confirmed. Instead, we offer flexibility through service credit.
  • Service Credit Option
    If you are unable to attend your booked tour or activity, you may request to reschedule and use your booking amount as credit for any of our services within a maximum of 3 months from the original booking date.
  • Refund in the Form of Service (Conditions Apply)
    Service-based refunds (credit for another tour/activity) can only be applied if your request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour or activity. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
  • Tickets & Slot-Based Bookings
    Please note that once a ticket, entry pass, or slot-based booking (such as attractions, events, or time-specific tours) is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-changeable. This is because such bookings are time-bound and reserved exclusively for you.
  • We always strive to assist you in making the most of your booking, and our team will do their best to accommodate changes wherever possible within the above terms.
