• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• No cash refunds are provided for any bookings.
• You may use your booking amount as service credit for other tours within 3 months of the original booking.
• Service credit requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour or activity.
• Ticket or slot-based bookings (such as attractions, events, or time-specific tours) are non-refundable and non-changeable.

3. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes to your booking are subject to availability.
• We recommend informing us as early as possible to accommodate changes or rescheduling.

4. Responsibilities of the Traveler

• Travelers must carry valid identification and travel documents when required.
• You are responsible for arriving on time for the tour, as delays may affect the experience for you and others.
• Karina Tours Dubai is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

5. Liability

• Karina Tours Dubai acts only as a service provider and cannot be held liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, transport delays, or third-party service failures.
• All activities may involve certain risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Karina Tours Dubai. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
